Apps and tools
Everything we have built, in one place
Parliamentary procedure first — then the agricultural education apps that came out of the same classroom.
Parliamentary procedure
The Parliamentary Owl Digital Assistant
A single web app that covers the whole arc: learn the motions, drill them, test on them, then take the chair and run the meeting.
Seven drills and a question bank
Precedence, classification, standard descriptive characteristics, and more, at beginner through full-course levels. Every question carries its citation, and every answer explains itself.
Help Me Study
Guided study paths, a full user guide written for both a first-time teacher and a chair who needs one answer mid-meeting, and a teaching resources library.
Run a Meeting and Help Me Preside
Two presiding tools: one walks a chair through a meeting in order, the other answers “what do I say now?” while a motion is pending.
Shared agendas and minutes
Build an agenda, run the meeting from it, and come out with minutes — shared across paired devices so the secretary and the chair stay on the same page.
Organizations and leaderboards
Advisors create a group with a join code, see per-student practice time and scores, and reissue a student’s recovery code when it goes missing.
RONR and the AIP Standard Code
Content is keyed to Robert’s Rules of Order Newly Revised, 12th edition, and to the AIP Standard Code of Parliamentary Procedure, 2nd edition, so a group can drill under whichever authority it has adopted.
The Parliamentary Procedure Game
Motion chips, SDC prompt hexes, and nine games built on them — from a precedence speed test to a full presiding practicum. Everything needed to run it, plus the cut files for making your own set, is published here.
Print and classroom
Printed and downloadable materials
Parliamentary Procedure Interactive Notebook
Over 120 pages — teacher edition, student edition, and cut-outs and foldables — following the 12th edition of Robert’s Rules of Order. Open access.
FFA LDE Presentation Set Card Generator
