What we do
Engagements run from a single meeting to a year-long relationship with a board.

- Handling of amendments, appeals, and points of order as they arise
Bylaws review and drafting
Reading your governing documents the way a member will read them in a dispute, and fixing what will not hold.
- Full review with a written report of conflicts, gaps, and ambiguities
- Revision drafting and complete rewrites
- Standing rules, policies, and special rules of order
- Guidance on the amendment process itself, including notice
Workshops and officer training
Practical training built around your organization’s own bylaws and its real agenda, not a generic slide deck.

Who we work with
Associations and societies
Annual meetings, conventions, delegate assemblies, and the bylaws underneath them.
Boards and nonprofits
Board meetings, committee structure, officer transitions, and governance documents.
Schools and youth organizations
FFA chapters and districts, student councils, and advisors preparing contest teams.
How an engagement usually starts. A short conversation about the meeting or the document, a written scope and fee, and then the work. Rates depend on the length of the meeting, travel, and how much preparation the documents require.
